Residential Group Home
Tri-Cities Adult Services LLC offers residential support services to male & female adults with a primary diagnosis of developmental disability. Secondary diagnosis may vary among individuals. Limiting conditions could be physical & emotional. We value providing services on an individual basis with a person-centered model. Our individuals will be offered training & supports in various areas such as:
•Personal Care
•Social Skill Development
•Behavior Supports
•Community Engagement
•Recreation/Leisure Skills
•Health & Safety
We offer each individual private rooms with Single, Full, and/or Queen beds. Bathrooms are located on each level of the home. We also have a wheelchair accessible home. Our homes have spacious back yards excellent for sitting and great for relaxing, cooking out or etc.

Sponsor Residential
Tri-Cities Adult Services LLC provide Sponsored Residential support to children and adults, services gear the individual toward lifelong success while living in the broader community. It’s an impactful, and uniquely designed option that’s tailored to each individual’s needs.
With highly skilled professionals providing person centered support, Sponsored Residential support allows individuals to be their own advocate and grow at their own pace.

Supportive In-Home
Tri-Cities Adult Services LLC provides In-Home Support Services to children, adolescents, and adults with developmental disabilities, who remain with their families, as well as for individuals living independently in their own home. Services are flexible in nature and can be short-term or on-going depending on the needs and choices of the family and/or individual.

In-Home Support Services are designed to be creative and dynamic, responding to the changing needs and choices of the family and/or individual. While each Individualized Service Plan (ISP) is different, services can range from drop-in support for an individual living in his/her own home, to a comprehensive support ISP that includes training and activities to promote skills, community development, and maximize independence.
